Construction-technological stage of founding an apartment building in Uherské Hradiště

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create the building-technological project of the apartment building substructure in Uherske Hradiste. The building is based on drilled piles, reinforced foundation strips and a foundation slab. The thesis contains a technical report, construction logistics, technological specifications for earth works and foundation constructions, an inspection and test plans. There is also provided item budget including bill of quantities, a construction schedule, a machine assembly proposal, design of the site equipment including the technical report and occupational safety and health protection.

Pension PREMIER in Janov nad Nisou, implementation of finishing works

In the bachelor thesis I have dealt with finishing work on the top, where I focused on making plaster Hasit and construction of sauna. Plasters are made manually from before-spraying, the core of plaster and final stucco plaster. The construction of sauna lies in the design of the squared timbers. Insulation - PU boards is located among them. The final surface is made use of floorboards, which are made from Scandinavian spruce. The object for which I work processed, is located in a secluded spot in the village called Janov nad Nisou. This is of the changes to the existing layout pension Premier and his extension. As part of my bachelor thesis I'm dealing with technological stage on both objects at the same time.

Technological stage finishing work of the reconstruction of the gym

In my bachelor thesis I was dealt with finishing top of building and also options formations sports floor in the gym, which I picked from two types namely from double wood floor as conservative representant and more modern representant as polyuretan floor, part of my work is comparsion that two types of floor by some aspects and subsequent choise better variant. Building which relates my work is in Šlapanice and is part of complex primary school namely pavilon "B" which is serves as gym and pool.

Inspection of occupational safety and health protection The topic of this diploma thesis is the conduction of inspection in the field of occupational safety and health protection (OSHP). The thesis aims to analyse the conduction of these inspection activities and the associated rights and obligations of individual entities that take part in this activity. Term conduction of inspection can be understood as conduction of inspection activities performed by an employer and associated subjects, employees and their representatives and inspection activities of administrative agencies with a focus on the conduct of inspection by the labour inspection bodies. The introduction briefly introduces term occupational safety and health protection and inspection. In the first chapter is described historical development of the term OSHP and inspection of OSHP. In the second chapter are listed elemental sources of legislation in the field of OSHP and inspection on the international level, level of the European union and domestic level. The third chapter is focused on the internal inspection of OSHP and is divided into two parts. Administrative building in Prague, solution of the technological stage of cladding

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the processing of the technological phase of cladding an administrative building in Prague. The lightweight external envelope consists of an aluminum modular facade and an entrance from a load-bearing steel column-grid facade. The thesis includes a technical report focusing on the cladding, the resolution of broader transportation relationships, technological regulations for the modular facade and column-grid facade, construction organization solutions, a quality control and testing plan. Furthermore, a proposal for the machinery assembly, a timeline, a detailed budget including a statement of quantities, occupational safety, and health protection, a construction site equipment design, coordination situations, and a modular facade installation procedure diagram are developed.

Selected aspects of occupational safety and health protection Abstract This thesis focuses on legal regulation of selected aspects of occupational safety and health (OSH) protection in the context of Czech law. This is a classical area of labour law whose importance grows together with the growing complexity of working practices. The aim of the thesis is to provide a description of the current regulation and subsequently to analyse selected aspects related to the educational sector. The thesis is, apart from introduction and conclusion, divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, the historical development of OSH is outlined in order to give context to the consecutive chapters. The following chapter provides an overview of the sources of law, since the area of OSH is heavily influenced by the European as well as the international law and the regulation on the national level is considerably fragmented. In the third chapter attention is paid to the rights and obligations of the employer, which are analogous to the fourth chapter, concerning the rights and obligations of the employees (in the field of occupational safety and health). OSH is closely linked to the risk assessment, which is key to successful implementation of OSH standards and greatly helps to reduce occupational injuries and illnesses....
